Ken Bingley Memorial 10k
The Ken Bingley Memorial 10k is scheduled for Sunday 16 August 2026 in South Elmsall, West Yorkshire. The race is a single-lap, multi-terrain event covering 10 kilometres on an undulating course. Race headquarters are at Frickley Athletic Football Club Pavilion, The Big Fellas Stadium, Westfield Lane, South Elmsall, WF9 2EQ.
The event is presented as a memorial and celebration of those who have been lost. All participants will receive a memento and trophies will be awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers. The event operates as a charity fundraiser with all profits divided equally between the MS Trust and Yorkshire Air Ambulance. Entry is limited to 500 runners; race entries include separate affiliated and unaffiliated fees of £18.00 and £20.00 respectively. If the event does not sell out, entry on the day will be available at no additional cost. The race holds a pending race licence and is not suitable for wheelchairs.
