Ken Bingley Memorial 10k
The Ken Bingley Memorial 10k is a charity fundraising road and off-road event held in South Elmsall, West Yorkshire on Sunday 16 August 2026. The race commemorates the life of Ken Bingley and encourages participants to use the event as a memorial for those they have lost. All participants receive a memento.
The course covers 10 km over multi-terrain ground with an undulating profile and is run as a single lap. The event has an entry limit of 500 participants; entries are offered at different rates for affiliated and unaffiliated runners. Organiser details are provided by Ackworth Road Runners. Race licence is listed as pending and the course is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Facilities at Race HQ, Frickley Athletic Football Club Pavilion, include water stations, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage. The event awards trophies to the first three male and first three female finishers and states that all profits will be divided equally between the MS Trust and Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
