Kelowna Wine Country Runs 2026
The event takes place on June 13, 2026 in Kelowna, British Columbia. It offers three distances:
- 21 km
- 10 km
- 5 km
Routes run through vineyards, county roads, landmarks, greenways and lakefront parks. The course follows Mission Creek Greenway and Okanagan Lake and finishes in Waterfront Park. The 5 km starts at Gyro Beach. The 10 km begins along Mission Creek Greenway. The 21 km highlights views of Okanagan Lake and the surrounding valley.
There are in-person and virtual participation options. Virtual runs take place June 1 to June 30, 2026 and virtual packages are shipped June 22. In-person registration includes access to a post run festival featuring wine, beer, cider and music, and there is an option to purchase an extra festival pass for non-runners.
In-person registrants receive a t-shirt, a finisher medal and a beach friendly commemorative wine glass. Virtual registrants receive a t-shirt and a finisher medal; the wine glass is not included. Prizes for the top three in each age category are emailed to winners after the weekend. The official policy states no refunds or cancellations; transfers and distance changes are subject to a fee.
