Event overview
The Kelowna Wine Country Runs take place in Kelowna, BC on June 13, 2026. The event offers both in-person and virtual options. In-person registration includes access to a post-run wine, beer, cider and music festival; an extra festival pass can be purchased for non-runners.

Course and features
The routes run near Okanagan Lake and through the surrounding valley. The course passes vineyards, county roads, landmarks, greenways and lakefront parks, including the Mission Creek Greenway. The 5 km starts at Gyro Beach and the races finish in Downtown Kelowna's Waterfront Park.
Registration and policies
In-person registrants receive a t-shirt, finisher medal, a beach-friendly commemorative wine glass, and festival access. Virtual registrants (June 1-30) receive a t-shirt and finisher medal; virtual packages are shipped June 22. Registration is normally limited to 1,800 runners. The event’s official policy states no refunds or cancellations; transfers and distance changes are allowed subject to a fee.
