5K for Kelli
The 14th annual 5K for Kelli is presented by the Breast Wishes Foundation and takes place on August 15, 2026, at The Flying Field at Wegerzyn, 1301 E. Siebenthaler Avenue, Dayton, OH 45414. The course is a 3.1 mile out and back that begins and ends next to Wegerzyn Gardens and follows the Stillwater River.
All proceeds go to granting wishes for women with breast cancer through the Breast Wishes Foundation. Merchandise tent proceeds also support the foundation. Early registration is $30 through July 2; registration is $35 from July 3 through race day. Register by July 25 to guarantee a t-shirt.
Participants are encouraged to wear tutus, wings, and flower crowns in tribute to the event theme. The event offers free fairy face painting and colored hair spraying. Registration and merchandise tents are located at the race site.
Awards are given to the top three male and top three female overall and to the top three male and top three female in each age category. Age categories are 19 and under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and over. Pre-registration packet pick up is available Friday August 14 at the Breast Wishes Foundation office in Vandalia, OH. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
