Event
The 2026 Keeper Days 5K Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, January 31, 2026 in Lighthouse Point, Florida. The event includes a main 5K and a kids 5K for ages 12 and under. Registration is first-come, first-served; registration pricing listed is $30 for the main event and $20 for the kids event. To be guaranteed a finisher shirt, registration must be completed by January 5, 2026. All proceeds go to the Lighthouse Point Recreation Department.

Course and logistics
The race starts and finishes at Frank McDonough Park. The course follows local streets in Lighthouse Point, beginning on NE 27th Avenue, proceeding to NE 34th Street, NE 28th Avenue, East Sample Road, NE 23rd Avenue, a turnaround at the roundabout on NE 27th Street, and returning to the start. There is one hydration station on course and a bottle of water provided at the finish. A portable restroom will be available at the start/finish area.
Packet pickup is scheduled on January 26 and January 28 at the John Trudel Community Center at Dan Witt Park, with additional pickup available on race morning. No dogs, scooters, or skateboards are allowed on the course; strollers are permitted. Participants will have 90 minutes to complete the 5K; those still on the course when the parade begins must move to the sidewalk to finish. Parking and traffic advisories apply in the area.
