The race starts and finishes at the farm and follows a two-loop route through the property. The surface is a mix of grass and paved sections and includes several turns through crop areas such as the blueberry rows. Packet pickup is provided before the event and on race day.
Registration includes a ring-spun cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle opener, a chip-timed race bib, online results, a homemade cider donut, and a cider pour (participants under 21 receive a juice or soda option instead of alcohol). Age group awards are given to the top three men and women in 10-year categories; pins are available for pickup on race day only. Dogs on leash (under 6 feet) are allowed. Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers may participate for free and do not need to register.
