Packet pick-up is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, March 3 and 4, 2026 at Marie Huie Special Education Center, 1820 Pearl Street Building C, Carrollton, TX 75006. Registration received after February 20, 2026 is not guaranteed an event t-shirt; race bibs and other materials will be available on race day for late registrants.
Parking will be provided in the Visitor Side parking lot of Tommy Standridge Stadium with entry from W. Valwood Parkway; limited accessibility parking will be permitted near the event area for those with mobility needs.
Timing and awards use bib-tag timing integrated into the race bib; participants must wear their bib to be timed and eligible for awards. Awards include 1st overall male and female, Most Money Raised, two Team Spirit awards, Top 3 male and female in the listed age groups (5-7 through 70+), and the All In for All Stars Award recognizing the campus raising the most funds and support.
Weather protocols include day-before and on-site decision-making by race committee members, adherence to the CFBISD Lightning Policy, emergency shelter procedures, and a reserved rain date of April 25, 2026. If the event is canceled, registrations transfer to the new date and no refunds are issued; if the rain date is also canceled fees are considered a donation.
