K9K Race

The K9K Race is a community event held at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It takes place on Saturday, May 30, 2026.

Participants can form teams with friends, coworkers, church groups, or law enforcement families. Dogs are welcome to join participants on a leash. The event is described as family-friendly and a new team feature is available for 2026.

The event was created in memory of Officer Andy and honors his life of service. Proceeds from the K9K help support law enforcement employees and their families, particularly during times of hardship, loss, or unexpected need.
