Anglesey Half Marathon and 10k
The Jones o Gymru Anglesey Half Marathon and 10k takes place on 23 May 2027 at Mona, Ynys Môn. The event includes road races and an event village based at the Mona Showground.
Distances offered:
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles
- 10k - 10 km
- Dragons Dash - 1.3 miles, open to children aged 5 and up
The event village provides music, commentary, shopping, food, secure bag drop and toilets. Both the half marathon and the 10k use fully closed road routes, creating traffic free running for participants. The course is described as undulating and offers views across Anglesey and the Eryri Snowdonia mountains.
On course support includes marshals, signage, energy stations and support vehicles. Timing is professional with chip timing and live online results. Finishers receive uniquely designed mementos that reflect the event locations and local history. Family finishes and activities are part of the on site atmosphere.
Cancer Research Wales is the event's official charity partner. Fundraisers can support this charity; there is no minimum for general fundraising, charity places require minimum sponsorship, and fundraisers who raise more than £50 receive a free shirt from the charity.
