Anglesey Half Marathon & 10K
The Jones o Gymru Anglesey Half Marathon and 10K is a road running event held at the Anglesey Showground, Holyhead, on 1 March 2026. The event uses fully closed-road courses for both the half marathon and the 10K and runs through agricultural roads and country lanes on Anglesey. Runners pass views across Anglesey and the Eryri (Snowdonia) mountains and the Menai Straits.
The event offers a lively event village with music, commentary, shopping, food, a secure bag drop and toilets. On-course support includes marshals, signage, energy stations and support vehicles. Timing is chip based with live online results. Finishers receive event mementos designed to reflect local history.
The programme also includes the Dragons Dash, a 1.3 mile children’s race open to children from age five. The organisers provide bilingual services with signs, registration and commentary available in English and Welsh.
