Johns Creek Mobility for All 5K
The Johns Creek Mobility for All 5K takes place on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Cauley Creek Park, GA 30097. The event offers both an in-person 5K Run/Walk and a Virtual 5K and is presented as family friendly. Participation supports a local community cause managed by the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce.

Dogs are allowed when leashed and strollers may start behind timed runners. Teams are encouraged. Registered participants receive an event t-shirt if registered by February 7, 2026; virtual participants receive mailed swag with mail expense charged. A participant medal is provided.
The Cauley Creek course is USATF certified (GA24020WC). Awards are given to top overall male and female, top masters male and female, and to the top three male and female finishers across standard age groups from 9 and under through 80 and over.
Post-run activities are planned and may include food, music, vendors, and family friendly activities.
