The John Wichers MRA Family Ice Cream Run #1 takes place on July 8, 2026 at Crescent Drive Park, 781 Crescent Drive, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. It is one event in the 2026 MRA Family Ice Cream Run Series, which includes six dates at parks in Winnipeg, Niverville, Morden and other local venues during July and August.
Online registration is available and on-site registration is also offered. Participants are asked to download and complete the entry form and bring it to the run. Race day registration is available only between 17:30 and 18:30. Strollers are welcome and dogs on leash are permitted. All six events in the series are eligible for points in the 2026 MRA Youth Race Series.
For July 8 there is a family registration option for three to seven members with each person registered as an additional registrant. Published fees include processing charges and are shown for specific registration periods. The event is organized by the Manitoba Runners' Association with local sponsorship.
