Races and awards
- 600 m: U12 and U14 categories, participation medals
- Open Mile: open to all ages, timed, finisher medals
- Masters Mile: for ages 35 and over, timed, finisher medals
- Elite Mile: timed, top 3 medals, prize money CA$500/300/200 subject to a minimum entry of 20
- David Tough Memorial 5 km: finisher medals and top-3 age class medals
Entry standards and categories
The Elite Mile minimum standards are Men 5:00 and Women 6:00. The 5 km age categories are U19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 plus. Donations to the David Tough Memorial 5 km can be made during registration or as a separate donation.
