John Gilmour Track Race
The John Gilmour Track Race is organised by the West Australian Marathon Club at Coker Park in Cannington. The main event is a 10 km track race run over a 400 metre circuit, covering 25 laps. The event is open to non members.

Entrance fees are listed by membership and age category: Member U18 $0.00, Member $0.00, Non member U18 $15.00, Non member $25.00. Online registration is managed by the organiser and has a stated closing date before the event; a late registration penalty applies from the Saturday before the event for non members.
Additional event features include awards, spot prizes and points awarded for the club champion standings. A post event barbecue is run by the Canning Districts Athletic Club to raise funds for their 75 year celebration, with a hot dog priced at $3 and a drink at $2. Bib collection is available on the evening of the event. WAMC members are asked to bring their cloth bib and timing chip to record split times.
