LewisGale's Joggin' for Your Noggin with Rock Haven
LewisGale's Joggin' for Your Noggin with Rock Haven is scheduled for April 25, 2026 in Roanoke, Virginia. The in-person run and walk take place at Wasena Park (1001 Winchester Ave SW). The 5K course runs along the Roanoke River Greenway. The event is paired with Rock Haven, a separate music and food event at Black Dog Salvage's Dog Bowl.
Events, purpose, and logistics
Participants can choose a timed 5K, an Honorary Walk, virtual options for the 5K or the Honorary Walk, or combined entries that include Rock Haven. Registrations for events opened January 15, 2026 and published entry fees vary by event. All proceeds support Brain Injury Solutions and fund free case management services for brain injury survivors. The event will occur rain or shine; there is no make-up date or refunds for weather cancellations. Results will be posted after the event on the timer's website runroanoke.com. Packet pick-up is available the day before at RunAbout Sports Roanoke (3635 Franklin Road SW) and on the event day at Wasena Park.
