9th Annual Joggin' 4 the Noggin 5K Run/Walk
The event is scheduled for May 16, 2026 at Little Buffalo State Park in Newport, Pennsylvania. Proceeds benefit the National Brain Tumor Society. The event will proceed rain or shine and offers live and virtual participation options.

The course uses a variety of surfaces including pavement, gravel and grass. Parking and race registration are located on Swimming Pool Road. On-site registration and packet pick-up are available. A guaranteed event T-shirt in the requested size is offered to participants who register by April 25th; virtual entries include a mailed event T-shirt for the listed fee, with size availability not guaranteed after May 13.
Registration fees for the live 5K change by date: $20 through January 31, $25 from February 1 to May 13 at noon, and a higher on-site fee accepted in cash, Venmo or check. The virtual 5K fee is listed at $35.
Awards for the live 5K include medals for overall male and female winners and the top three male and female finishers in age groups 12 and under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 plus. Awarded participants must be present for the ceremony; live event medals will not be mailed.
Additional notes: kids age five and under are free without a shirt, raffles and refreshments will be on site, strollers are permitted though umbrella strollers are not recommended, and pets are allowed on leash and must be cleaned up after.
