Jog N Jam 5K
The Jog N Jam 5K is a community sports event held at Rentschler Forest MetroPark in Hamilton, Ohio. The event features a mix of running and walking activities centered around the park's local environment. Participants can choose from the following distances and categories:

- 5 km Child Run/Walk (for those under 15)
- Kids Fun Run
The 5 km course is organized into multiple waves to accommodate different types of participants. Registration options are available for both adults and children, with price increases applied for entries made on the day of the event.
In addition to the main race, the event includes a dedicated Kids Fun Run. Participants receive a tote bag containing items from sponsors and have access to a post-race picnic. The venue also hosts music and food for attendees. For those who do not wish to run or walk, a specific option exists to join a cheering section, which includes an event shirt.
