Jog N Jam 5K : event overview
Jog N Jam 5K is a community run and family event on May 9, 2026 at Rentschler Forest MetroPark, 5701 Reigart Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011. The program comprises a 5K race, a Kids Fun Run, live music, food, and additional on-site activities for attendees.
The event offers these distances:
- 3.1 Miles Adult 5K Run/Walk
- 3.1 Miles Child 5K Run/Walk
A Kids Fun Run is included; participation in the Kids Fun Run is free with a signed waiver.
Pre-registration fees are listed as $35 for the 5K Walk/Run and $20 for children under 15. Day-of registration increases the fee to $40 for the 5K and $25 for children under 15. There is a T-shirt only cheering section option for $20; this option does not include run or walk registration.
Packet pick-up is available Friday, May 8 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Municipal Brew Works Spooky Nook location. A race day registration tent will open on the morning of the event. The 5K uses multiple waves to separate competitive runners, recreational runners, kids, and walkers. Participants receive a tote bag with sponsor swag and there is a post race picnic.
