Event information
The Jingle Bell Fun Run takes place on 07 Dec 2025 at Barshaw Park in Paisley. The event is organised by Active Communities (Scotland) Ltd, a registered charity that supports physical activity and community sport in Renfrewshire. Christmas-themed medals will be awarded to all finishers and there are spot prizes for best costumes. Bells will be provided on production of race numbers. Dogs are permitted on a short, handheld, non-extendable lead, with a limit of one dog per participant. The event includes a free miniature railway ride, face-painting and Christmas entertainment within the park.
Distances offered
- 3K - 2 laps of the park, £7, open to ages 8 and over.
- 1 mile - 1 lap of the park, £6, open to ages 5 and over.
- 1K - 1/2 lap of the park, £5, open to all ages.
Entry and logistics
Entries are available online in advance only; there will be no registrations on the day. Race numbers are posted to entrants; entries made after 25 Nov will not be posted and can be collected on the day. There are no refunds for cancellations. The organisers are supported by voluntary marshals and competitors must follow marshal instructions for safety. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
