Jim Hodge Memorial Run
The Jim Hodge Memorial Run is held at Veterans Memorial Park in Menominee, Michigan. This community event supports individuals in the Marinette and Menominee area who require treatment for lung conditions and promotes the awareness of organ donation. The race venue is located at 1205 1st Street.
Participants can choose from several event distances:
- 10K Run (approximately 6.4 miles) for participants aged 17 and older
- 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
- Kids' 1/2 Mile Run
The registration fee for the 5K and 10K events includes a race shirt. For registrations completed by July 6, participants are guaranteed a T-shirt. The Kids' 1/2 Mile Run does not utilize timing chips, and all participants in this category receive ribbons.
Awards are presented to the first and second place finishers in both male and female divisions for the 5K and 10K races. The age groups for awards include 13 and under, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and older.
