Jeffersontown Gaslight Festival 5K 2026
The Jeffersontown Gaslight Festival 5K is held in Jeffersontown, Kentucky at 10416 Watterson Trail. The event is part of the River City Races Run the 502 series and takes place on September 12, 2026. The in-person 5K starts and finishes at the Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce, with over 750 participants expected to run and walk on the morning of the event.
Race services include a long sleeve cotton blend race shirt and finisher medals for all finishers. Packet pickup is available before the event at Clean Eatz, 9545 Taylorsville Road, Jeffersontown, and there is also packet pickup at Jeffersontown City Hall on race day.
A virtual run option is available for participants who choose to complete the distance at a location of their choosing; virtual runners are not eligible for awards. The event is open to all ages and includes provisions for wheelchair participants. The festival is a pet free event, and dogs are not allowed in the race.
Awards include cash prizes to the top three male and female overall finishers and Ken Combs Running Store gift certificates. Medals and gift certificates are also awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers in each age group from 9 and under up to 80 and over.
