Race Details

The Commanders Cup Ten Miler is an out-and-back course described as mainly flat with a few rolling hills. It serves as a qualifier for the Army Ten-Miler, held later in Washington, D.C. Participation is for all active-duty service members assigned to Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Awards are given to the top three men and women in several age categories. The Open Ten Miler is open to the entire Joint Base Lewis-McChord community. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers.

Logistics

Race number pickup is scheduled from 06:30 to 07:30 at the Scouts Out Gate. The race start is at 08:00 next to the same gate. Preregistration closes on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, with limited day-of-race registration available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
