Jamaica Q 5K Walk/Run
The Jamaica Q 5K Walk/Run is scheduled for September 26, 2026 in Jamaica, Queens. The event is a USATF-certified 5K that begins and ends at York College (Performing Arts Center, 94-45 Guy R. Brewer Blvd.). The course route highlights Downtown Jamaica’s commercial corridors and historic landmarks.
The event aims to promote community connections through fitness and physical activity. A portion of net proceeds will be donated to a local community or educational program; the specific beneficiary is to be determined.
Participants receive a race day T-shirt and a finisher medal. On-course amenities include water stations, porta potties, and free mobile lockers while supplies last. Awards are given to the top three overall finishers in male, female, and X categories, plus top three in multiple age groups and a company award for most participation.
Registration offers an Early Bird rate of $20 per ticket through March 31st and team pricing for groups of 15 where applicable. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Registration fees are non-refundable and cover race expenses.
