Jaguar Jog 5K : Maynard Jackson High School and King Middle School
The Jaguar Jog takes place on October 24, 2026, with the event area centered at Maynard Jackson High School, 801 Glenwood Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30316. The course runs along the Atlanta BeltLine and begins and ends at the high school.
Two distances are offered:
- 3.1 Miles Jag Jog 5K
- 1 Mile Jag Jog - Kids Fun Run (ages 10 and under) held on the MJHS track
Registration details provided by the organizer:
- 5K registration opens April 7, 2026 and closes August 5, 2026; registration fee $30.00.
- Kids Fun Run registration opens June 8, 2026 and closes October 24, 2026; registration fee $20.00.
Proceeds benefit the MJHS Athletic Boosters and the MLK Athletic Boosters to support athletic programs, equipment, teams, and student opportunities in both school communities.
Logistics notes from the organizer state that packet pick-up details will be announced closer to race day. Parking is available at Maynard Jackson High School; the school parking lot will close approximately 30 minutes before the race begins.
