Jackie Lithgow Foundation 5k: Walk, Run, Roll Festival
This event is a community 5k and walk held at Shank Park in Hummelstown, PA on Sunday, September 20, 2026. The entire course is paved and runs through a natural landscape, making it accessible for walking, running, biking, rollerblading, scooters, wheelchairs, and other wheeled devices. The event is followed by an outdoor festival and proceeds benefit the Jackie Lithgow Foundation, which provides support to survivors of traumatic brain injury.

The 5k race is chip timed by Timber Hill Timing and all participants start together. Awards for the 5k include first overall male and female plus age group awards for 12 and under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over. Entry fees are listed as $40 for the 5k and the walk, with a reduced fee of $15 for participants 12 and under using the discount code 12andUnder. Race shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by August 31. Online registration is open and closes on Saturday, September 19 at 8:00 PM. Race day registration and bib pickup take place at Shank Park.
Timing procedures require participants to wear a timing chip on their shoe and their bib number on their chest. Results are published after verification and awards are determined by gun time. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
