Course status and race logistics
The original route on the Palouse to Cascades Trail is not usable this year due to storm-related impacts. Organizers are pursuing permits for an alternate, net-downhill route and have temporarily paused registration until details are confirmed.
Participants should note logistical details: marathon runners must carry a light for the tunnel; packet pickup is at Snoqualmie Running Company; drop bags will be transported to the finish; aid stations are located about every 2.5 miles and offer water, Gatorade, and GU gels at select stations. Start waves use a rolling, pace-group format staggered by roughly one minute. Shuttle service is not provided to the marathon start; shuttle buses serve the half marathon trailhead and return runners to original parking locations. The refund policy states no refunds, deferrals, or transfers, with an exception for volunteers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
