J. R. Taylor 5K Race and Walk
The event is a family friendly 5K run and walk on the Montour Trail in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. The course begins 800 feet north of the J. R. Taylor Memorial Bridge over Clifton Road, near Washington Elementary School and Al's Cafe. The venue address is 515 Clifton Road, Bethel Park, PA 15102.
The event uses chip timing and provides t-shirts, finisher medals, snacks, and door prizes. Registration fee is $40.00, with a special price of $15 for participants ages 17 and under. Registration opens on June 7, 2025 and closes on June 6, 2026.
Shirt and bib pickup is scheduled 4:00 to 5:30 PM on June 4 and June 5 at the Bethel Park Community Center. Pickup is also available prior to 8:00 AM on race day. The race timing is provided by Wolf Creek Race Management. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
