About the race
The J. Lew Memorial 5K Run/Walk is an event held in Queens at The Mary Louis Academy and benefits the TMLA Athletic Department. The event page indicates registration is not yet open; the organizer offers notifications when registration becomes available and posts prior results and bib lookup information from past races.
Event amenities listed include live, text, and email results, free finish-line photos, and personalized bibs for participants who register at least three weeks before the event. A course route is available through MapMyRun for those who want route details.
Awards recognize top finishers within the school community and by age group: top TMLA faculty, top TMLA student, top TMLA alumni, and top three male and female finishers in these age categories: 13 and under, 14–18, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, and 60 plus.
Bibs can be picked up in person through event staff; participants must know their bib number or use a self-lookup area. Registrants who sign up within 24 hours of pickup may receive their bib number by text. Virtual bibs are shipped, with a shipping window that ranges from one week before the event to one week after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
