Ivoryton Pumpkin Chase
The Ivoryton Pumpkin Chase comprises a 5K road and trail race and a Kiddie Pumpkin Fun Run for children age 7 and below. The event benefits the Ivoryton Library and takes place during the peak foliage season of southern New England. The start location is at the Ivoryton Library on Main Street.

The 5K course follows North Main Street for about one half mile, then turns left onto Falls River Drive. At the one mile mark the route enters the Falls River Preserve for a 1.1 mile trail loop that runs alongside the Falls River. The trail includes roughly one half mile of double track before changing to hilly and rocky single track. Runners should take care on sections with jagged rocks and exposed roots; the trail can be slippery in wet conditions.
Registered participants receive a free t-shirt if registration is completed before September 18. Registrations after September 18 and day of registrations receive a t-shirt while supplies last.
