Italian Fest 5K
The Italian Fest 5K is a community running event held in Collinsville, Illinois. Organized by the Italian Fest Committee, the event takes place in the downtown area with the start and finish located on Main Street. The competition features chip timing for participants.

- 400 m Kids Dash
The 5 km course is a flat out and back route that concludes on Main Street. The Kids Dash is a shorter out and back course measuring approximately one quarter mile, also located on Main Street. This shorter race is open to participants aged 10 and under, and all children who complete the dash receive a finisher medal.
Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 5 km race. Additionally, the event recognizes the top three finishers in several age categories, ranging from 10 and under up to 70 and over. Participants can collect their race bibs and shirts on the evening before the event or on the morning of the race at the Italian Fest location on Main Street.
