The course begins near St. Josaphats Church, where race day packet pickup and registration occur. Participants can also opt for an early packet pickup on the Friday evening preceding the event at a nearby pizzeria. Participants who register by the designated deadline in June are guaranteed a race shirt in their requested size, while late registrants receive shirts on a first-come, first-serve basis until the supply is exhausted.

Following the run, a celebration takes place at the church featuring music, bottled water, and light refreshments. An awards ceremony recognizes the first-place overall male and female finishers, as well as the first and second-place finishers in various age groups ranging from 14 and under to 70 and older. All participants have access to downloadable custom finisher certificates. Free parking is available in the church parking lot with entry via Stanton Lane.
