The event takes place at 5203 N HWY 57 in Junction City, Kansas. It offers multiple timed events on a river trail: a 100 mile, a 50 mile, a 50K, and a 36 hour option.

The course is a flat, fast river trail with approximately 75% shade. The 100 mile is ten out and back laps on the trail. The 50 mile is five out and back laps. The 50K is a short out and back followed by three longer out and back laps for a 31 mile total. Manned aid stations will be located approximately every 5 miles.
Finisher buckles are awarded for all four events, with the 100 mile buckle the largest. Separate awards are given to the top female and top male finishers in each event. Time cutoffs are 36 hours for the 100 mile, and 34 hours for both the 50 mile and the 50K.
Registration notes: registration closes on Wed, Sep 16 at 11:59 PM CT. A shirt is guaranteed for participants registered by August 27. There are no refunds; deferrals to the following year are allowed up to 30 days before the event. Event rules do not permit changing events or drop downs after races start.
