IPA Trail Runs - January 9, 2027
The IPA Trail Runs take place at Granite Beach in Folsom Lake State Recreation Area. The event offers two marked single-track trail routes that follow the lake shoreline and provide scenic lake views.
Included for participants are event items and post-race provisions. Runners receive commemorative gear such as custom IPA Trail Run socks and a commemorative glass, with the opportunity to sample local craft beer after the race. A hot post-race meal of soup or chili, plus fruit, cookies, and beverages, is provided to competitors.
Awards are presented three deep in each ten-year age division. First place overall male and female finishers in both the 5K and 12K receive Overall Champion Awards.
Commemorative shirts in men’s and women’s cuts are offered for an additional fee when pre-ordered. Packet pickup is available at the race site on race morning.
Entry fees vary by registration date and increase on race day. The event is organized by TBF Racing and is held at Granite Beach, 8000 Douglas Blvd, Granite Bay, CA. There is a day-use vehicle fee for the park or an option to use an annual pass. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
