IOP Beach Run 2026
The IOP Beach Run takes place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, in Isle of Palms, South Carolina. Events are centered at the Windjammer at 1008 Ocean Boulevard, with the start and finish on the beach behind the Windjammer.
The course for all events is held entirely on the flat, wide, hard-packed beach near low tide. Parking is available in the Isle of Palms Municipal Parking Lot B on Pavilion Drive; beach run parking passes are included in pre-registered race packets or provided on race morning.

- 10K Run
- 5K Walk
- Youth fun runs: 100 yard, 1/2 mile, 1 mile
Online registration closes July 22, 2026. Guaranteed shirt sizes apply to registrations on or before June 19, 2026. Late registration is available during packet pickup and on race morning; race day payments may be cash or check only. Entry fees are non-refundable and the event is held rain or shine.
Awards are given for overall male and female in the 5K and 10K, and for the top two male and female in each age group (12 & Under, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 & Over). Youth fun runs receive ribbons for all finishers. All runners and walkers will be timed and results will be posted on the Isle of Palms recreation site or on RunSignUp.
