Inverleith Park 5k/10k
The Inverleith Park event in Edinburgh offers measured, chip timed races over two distances:

- 10 km
The event takes place in Inverleith Park and is organised by Up and Running Events. Runners receive a race bib with an integrated timing chip that must be secured to outer clothing. The course includes kilometre markers, hydration stations, course marshals and an instructor led warm up. Participants receive a finishers medal, a goody bag with sports nutrition snacks and promotional offers, and event photos are made available for free after the race.
Age restrictions follow Scottish Athletics guidance: 5 km entrants should be at least 11 years old and 10 km entrants should be over 15 years old; children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian while onsite. Dogs are not permitted on the course. Standard headphones are not allowed, though bone conduction headphones are permitted. Buggy use is typically allowed depending on surface and route; runners are asked to keep to the left to give room to others.
Entry management and timing are handled through the event booking partner. The organiser maintains a refund and transfer policy that allows refunds up to 30 days before the event, transfers or voucher credit up to 7 days before, and limited transfer or virtual entry options in the final days before the event.
