The Insight Global 5K benefitting the IG Family Foundation takes place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, in San Diego, California. The event is held at Embarcadero Park North, 400 Kettner Blvd. The main event is a 5K run/walk. A volunteer option is also listed. Dogs are allowed on leash.
Logistics
Registration for the 5K is listed at $49.75 (includes a $4.75 fee); the volunteer option is free. Registrants must sign up by November 4 to guarantee a shirt size; later registrants will receive a shirt while supplies last. Packet pick-up will be available on site on race day. Post-race refreshments will include smoothies from the SmoothiePatrol food truck. Awards include trophies for overall top male, female, child (under 9) and dog, plus medals for the top three finishers in seven age groups (9 and under; 10-15; 16-24; 25-34; 35-44; 45-54; 55+). An interactive course map with an elevation chart is available online. Limited parking is available at Embarcadero Marina Park North (first come, first serve, $2.50/hour).
