Inner Harbor 5K
The Inner Harbor 5K is a community-focused running event held in Syracuse, New York. The race follows a USTAF-certified (NY23068DNB) course that is described as mostly flat and fast. Participants start on Solar Street and finish at the Syracuse Inner Harbor, passing through Franklin Square and along the Creek Walk.

The event supports local community organizations, specifically It's About Childhood & Family, Inc. and the Syracuse Run Club. The Inner Harbor 5K is also part of the Syrathon series, a collection of eight road races that showcase the historic parks and neighborhoods of Syracuse.
Post-race activities at the Inner Harbor include music, yoga, food trucks, beer tasting, and massages. Overall awards are presented to the top three male and female runners, with additional awards for various age groups ranging from 13 and under to 70 and above. The first 500 registered participants are guaranteed a finisher medal and a race shirt. Advanced packet pickup is available at local retail locations in the days leading up to the race.
