The Inner Harbor 5K takes place on Sunday, October 4, 2026 in Syracuse, NY (425 Solar Street, 13204). The event includes the following distances:

- 2k Peace Run
- Virtual 5K
Registration for all events opens January 4, 2026. Listed entry fees are $33.15 for the 5K and Virtual 5K (including a $3.15 fee) and $0 for the 2k Peace Run. Packet pickup is scheduled on October 2, 2026 at Lululemon (Destiny Mall, second floor) and October 3, 2026 at Fleet Feet Syracuse (5800 Bridge Street). There is additional packet pickup and race day registration at the Inner Harbor location. The first 500 registered participants are guaranteed a shirt and medal; registrations by September 28 will help ensure shirt size availability. Proceeds support local organizations including It’s About Childhood & Family, Inc. and the Syracuse Run Club.
Course, awards and post-race
The 5K is USTAF-certified (NY23068DNB). The course starts on Solar Street and finishes at the Syracuse Inner Harbor, running through Franklin Square and onto Creek Walk. The children’s run uses a 2k course. Awards include overall top three male and female finishers, age-group awards (top three male and female in listed age bands from 13 and under through 70 and above), and mid-pack awards.
