Event Overview
The Indoor Triathlon Benefitting the Crisis Center of South Suburbia takes place in New Lenox, Illinois. This non-competitive event is held at a facility located at 21701 Gougar Road. Race Format
The triathlon follows a specific timed format for each of the three disciplines. Participants engage in each activity for a set duration, and the total distance covered in each section is recorded to determine individual rankings.
- Pool Swim: 15 minutes
- Stationary Bike: 15 minutes
- Indoor Track Run: 15 minutes
The event includes designated transition periods between the different stages. There is a 10 minute transition allowed between the swimming and cycling portions, followed by a 5 minute transition between the cycling and running portions.
