Independence Day 5K and 1 Mile

This event is part of a series that includes four runs across the year. Participants who complete all four runs receive a commemorative medal, free breakfast at each run, and 30 percent off the Ugly Sweater Run in December. The organizer will honor the top three male and female finishers in each age group.
Age group awards are offered in five year increments, with categories shown from under 24 up to 70 and older. There will be a guided stretch session before the race and an opportunity to meet the race director on site.
