About the race
The INCLUDEnyc 5K for Love, Equity and Access is a community 5K event held on September 27, 2026 at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, NY. The event offers a standard timed 5K and an untimed 5K option and is presented to benefit INCLUDEnyc, an organization that supports New York City children and youth with disabilities (birth through age 26) and their families by providing resources, advocacy, and education. The course is USATF certified, with a common start and finish near the Queens Theater and a route that passes the Unisphere twice. Parking is available at the Queens Museum.
Race amenities listed for registrants include a shirt and finisher medal, live online/text/email results, free finish-line photos, and personalized bibs for those registered three weeks in advance. Shirts are not guaranteed after August 21. Recognition is given to top finishers by gender designation M, F, and X, including Top 3 Overall and Top 3 in age groups (14 & under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80-89; 90+). Entry pricing varies by registration period and by option, and an untimed entry is offered without bib, shirt, medal, timing, photos, or awards.
