INCLUDEnyc 5K Run, Walk, or Roll
The INCLUDEnyc 5K Run, Walk, or Roll for Love, Equity, and Access is a community event held at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens. The event takes place on a USATF Certified Course that features a common start and finish area near the Queens Theater. Participants pass the historic Unisphere twice during the event. Parking is available for those traveling by car at the Queens Museum.
The event offers several registration options:
- 5 km Run, Walk, or Roll
- Untimed 5 km (excludes bib, shirt, and medal)
Participants who register for the timed event receive a finisher medal and a shirt. Those who sign up at least three weeks before the event will have their names printed on their race bibs. Results are provided via live online updates, email, or text, accompanied by free finisher photos and video.
The event supports young people with disabilities in New York City and their families. Recognition is given to the top three finishers in the male, female, and non-binary categories, both overall and within age groups ranging from 14 and under to 90 and older. The event proceeds rain or shine, and bib pickup begins one hour before the start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
