The event takes place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, New York. It is organized to benefit INCLUDEnyc, a nonprofit serving children and youth with disabilities (birth through age 26) and their families.

- Untimed 5K (no bib, shirt, or medal)
Early bird pricing is available through August 16. Prices and additional registration options, such as donations, affect the total fee. T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed after August 21.
Course, amenities, and awards
The course is USATF certified, with a common start and finish near the Queens Theater and parking available at the Queens Museum. The route passes the Unisphere twice. Registrants receive a shirt and a finisher medal (unless in the untimed option). Other services include live/text/email results, free finish line photos, and personalized bibs for registrations completed three weeks before the event. Recognition is planned for the top three overall finishers in male, female, and X - non-binary categories, and for the top three in multiple age groups ranging from 14 & under through 90+.
