Immersion Cities 5K Unity Walk/Run and Cultural Festival
The Immersion Cities 5K Unity Walk/Run takes place at the Baltimore Inner Harbor and uses a family-friendly 5K course that starts at West Shore Park, follows the Inner Harbor Promenade past Harbor Mews Park at S. Central Ave, and returns to West Shore Park. The event offers in-person and virtual 5K options with separate adult and youth registration categories.
Registrations include paid adult and youth in-person entries and paid adult and youth virtual entries. Fees listed for the different categories include $35 for adult in-person registration, $20 for youth in-person registration, $25 for adult virtual registration, and $15 for youth virtual registration. Some in-person registrations note inclusion in a Cultural Festival.
Following the walk and run, a Community Culture Festival is scheduled with live music and cultural performances, local vendors and small businesses, community resource organizations, family-friendly activities, and special awards and recognitions. Proceeds support Immersion Cities, a nonprofit focused on providing underserved youth with access to world languages, cultural experiences, and global learning opportunities.
