Bound for Boston Marathon & Half Marathon - Minneapolis
The event takes place on Sunday August 16, 2026 at Fernbrook Elementary School in Maple Grove, MN 55369. It offers in person and virtual distance options on a measured loop course around the school.
The course is a flat 1 mile loop. The full marathon course is USATF certified and is eligible as a Boston qualifying course. Chip timing is used for start and finish and there are chip timed splits each mile with clocks displaying mile split times on course.

Aid and support are provided with two stations on course. One station will have cups of water and bananas. The other station is reserved for participant supplied personal aid; aid tables are organized by bib number and volunteers will assist with handing off items. Music and other entertainment will be present along the loop.
Field size is intentionally limited to maintain a focused experience; the event is described as a small, focused race. All participants receive a custom finisher medal and a race shirt while supplies last. Awards are given in standard five year age groups and overall categories including masters and grand masters.
