Bound for Boston Marathon & Half Marathon - Minneapolis
The event on August 16, 2026 offers marathon and half marathon distance options plus a virtual race. Runners complete repeated laps on a 1 mile flat loop around Fernbrook Elementary School. The full marathon is USATF certified and accepted as a Boston qualifying course. The event is intentionally limited in size with a participant cap of 150 to focus on fast times.
Registration is tiered with preview, early bird, regular, late, and race day pricing for the in-person distances and a separate fee for the virtual event. Participants registered by August 6 are guaranteed race swag in their chosen size; after that date swag is available while supplies last. Virtual participants may submit their time by the end of race day for posting to results, and shirts and medals for virtual entrants are mailed after the event.
