Packet pickup is available before the event at Fleet Feet Nampa (Wednesday, October 14, 12:00 pm–6:00 pm) and Fleet Feet Meridian (Thursday, October 15, 12:00 pm–6:00 pm). A shakeout group run takes place at Fleet Feet Meridian following the Thursday pickup. Limited race day packet pickup is provided for participants unable to collect packets in advance.
Aid stations are located about every 2–3 miles on the 10K, half marathon, and marathon courses; each aid station provides Gu chews, gels, waffles, Tailwind hydration, and a porta potty unit. Results are recorded with real-time chip timing. All participants receive locally designed medals, a quality athletic shirt, and access to a post-race party. Food trucks will be at the start and finish area.
Gear drop is located in a marked tent near the start/finish; bags must be labeled with bib numbers and will be monitored but not guaranteed. Items not claimed by 3:00 pm will be taken to Fleet Feet Meridian for two weeks before donation.
The event includes team scoring and cash prizes for clubs, and all race distances observe a 3:00 pm cutoff time (7 hours). Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
