ICCS Turkey Trot : Imlay City, MI (November 21, 2026)
The ICCS Turkey Trot is an annual community event held at Imlay City Christian Reformed Church in Imlay City, Michigan. The program includes in-person and virtual options and features awards, participant shirts, and finisher medals.
Distances offered:
- 1 mile Gobbler Gallop (finisher medals for all)
- 5K Turkey Trot Run
- 5K Turkey Trot Walk (participants must walk the entire course)
- 5K Stuffing Strut Virtual
Registration and fees are listed per event: the 5K Run and 5K Walk each carry a $30 fee, the 1 mile has a $25 fee, and the virtual 5K fee is $45. Registration opens May 23, 2026; registration closing dates vary by event.
Age divisions are specified for awards. The 5K Run uses separate male and female age groups (12 & under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over). The 5K Walk awards combined male/female age groups with the same divisions. The 5K Run also recognizes overall male and female finishers. Prizes are awarded for best costume in combined categories.
Virtual 5K entrants receive a shirt, bib, and finisher medal; no place medals are awarded for the virtual event. Participants who pre-register by November 7 receive event shirts. Bringing three nonperishable food items provides an extra door-prize entry. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
