I Will Run For Them 5K
The event is an annual community 5K established in 2016 to honor relatives affected by domestic and sexual violence. It is held each October in conjunction with Domestic Violence Awareness Month and aims to create space for healing, remembrance, and solidarity through running, walking, or jogging.
The 11th edition takes place on October 24, 2026, at Isleta Lakes & RV Park in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Registration fees listed for this edition include a general fee of $20, youth entry for ages 12 and under at no cost, and free entry for qualifying CSVANW members. Certain free entries require active membership or employment with a member organization or tribal government.
The event also opens space for resource and artist tabling. Artist vendors pay a $20 tabling fee collected on the day of the event. No food vendors are allowed. Participants who table must provide their own table, chairs, and a secure canopy.
