About the race
HYROX Vancouver takes place from December 17 to December 20, 2026 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, 1055 Canada Place, Halls A, B and C. The event runs across multiple days and features a program that includes HYROX Men and Women divisions, Adaptive divisions, Doubles races in men, women and mixed formats, professional categories, pro doubles and relay events. The athlete package includes a finishers patch, live posting of result times on the event leaderboard, individual finisher times with split timings for each workout and age group award ceremonies. Certain age groups can earn qualification slots for the HYROX World Championships.
Aid stations are provided before, during and after the course. The venue includes a spectator Thunderdome view and an Entertainment Zone with partners. Professional photos are available through the official photography partner Sportograf. Sportograf offers a selfie search that uses biometric processing; photos are processed for selfie search only with explicit consent and when the designated wristband provided at athlete check-in is clearly visible in images.
Photos are typically available about 48 hours after the race. Athlete check-in requires valid ID and checking in on behalf of another person is not allowed. On-site registration and division specific procedures are announced by the organisers. Volunteer roles include station judges and athlete support; volunteers can earn Reward Points that are redeemable for items such as discounted or complimentary tickets and merchandise. The event offers charity Race for Impact entries in cooperation with High Impact Athletes with minimum fundraising requirements for Singles, Doubles and Relay entries.
