About the race
HYROX Vancouver takes place from 17 to 20 December 2026 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, Halls A, B and C. The event includes multiple competition divisions such as singles for men and women, adaptive categories, doubles, professional divisions and relay formats across the four days. A provisional schedule is maintained and individual start times will be linked about three days before the event; start time changes are not permitted.
Laps to run and the relay briefing are listed as To Be Announced. On-site procedures note that athlete check-in requires photo ID and checking in for another person is not allowed. Registration on-site opens 90 minutes before the first start wave for each division and athletes may register starting 90 minutes prior to their assigned start time. Age group ceremonies are held after all athletes in each division have competed. Race services and features include a finishers patch, live leaderboard posting during competition, individual finisher times with split timings, aid stations before, during and after the course, and age group awards.
Certain age group results include qualification slots for the World Championships. Official event photography uses a wristband system for selfie search and requires consent for biometric processing. A Race for Impact charity option with High Impact Athletes is offered with minimum fundraising requirements of $400 for singles, $600 per double team and $1000 per relay team.
Flexible ticket options vary by level and include name change and refund rules; tickets without flex have no changes or refunds. Volunteer roles earn Reward Points that can be redeemed for tickets, merchandise and other items. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
