HYROX Race Simulation #1 : F45 Training Lane Cove
This event is a HYROX race simulation held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at F45 Training Lane Cove, 229 Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove, NSW 2066. It runs in a start wave format with staggered starts; waves are scheduled every 7 to 10 minutes and will be determined by athlete pace.
