HYROX EMEA Regional Championships - London
This event is the European, Middle Eastern, and African regional championship for HYROX, a fitness race format. It will take place in London at the Olympia London venue. Athletes from countries within the designated EMEA region can participate to try to become the European Champion in their age group. The event is also a pathway to the HYROX World Championships, as it is the only race series where athletes can qualify for the World Championships in certain categories without having to compete using professional weights.

The event is scheduled for March 21-22, 2026. Competition categories include Singles Men, Singles Women, Doubles Men, Doubles Women, Doubles Mixed, and a Relay division. There are also separate elite divisions called ELITE15. The event offers participants a finishers patch, on-course aid stations, and an entertainment zone.

Eligibility is restricted to citizens of countries within the EMEA region. Temporary visa holders are not eligible to compete. Proof of citizenship is required via a valid government-issued ID.
