HYROX EMEA Regional Championships - London
The HYROX EMEA Regional Championships take place in London from 21 March 2026 to 22 March 2026. The event is an open-entry regional championship where athletes from the designated European region compete for Age Group European Champion titles. The event provides qualification slots for certain Age Groups for the HYROX World Championships and allows qualification for World Championships in Single Men/Women or Doubles Men/Women without needing to race in Pro weights.
Entry, eligibility and ticket policies
Entry is open without prior qualification, but only citizens of countries within the designated region are eligible. Temporary visa holders such as tourists or students are not eligible. Proof of eligibility is required via a valid government-issued ID. Athletes with multiple citizenships may participate in only one Regional Championship. The 2025/26 season offers an optional Flex Add-On: with Flex a full refund is available up to 7 days before the event and a 50% refund up to 1 day before; specific name-change rules apply for Doubles/Relay with Flex. Tickets purchased without Flex do not allow changes, refunds, or transfers. Flex cannot be added after purchase and event or division transfers are not available for the season.
Venue, race services and athlete information
The event location is Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, London W14 8UX. Race packages include a finisher patch, individual finisher times with split timings, leaderboard results, Age Group award ceremonies, aid stations, an entertainment zone and photography options. On-site registration and athlete check-in require ID and must be completed on the day the athlete competes.
