HYROX Las Vegas is a three day race weekend held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV. The event features competitive start waves, on-site athlete check-in with ID required, and provisional start times published in advance; individual start times are linked about three days before the event and start time changes are not permitted.

Athlete services and race features include the official HYROX finishers patch, real-time leaderboard posting during competition, individual finisher times with split timings for each workout, age group award ceremonies, and qualification slots for certain age groups for the World Championships. Aid stations are available before, during, and after the event. Spectators can view competition from the Thunderdome and visit the HYROX Entertainment Zone. Professional event photos are provided by Sportograf; images are typically available about 48 hours after racing and can be located by uploading a selfie.

Race day on-site registration opens for each division 90 minutes before that division's first start wave. Age group ceremonies are held after all athletes in each division have competed; athletes who podiumed on a weekday may present ID at the Help Desk for free access to the ceremony and to collect their flag.

The event offers Race Crew roles with complimentary race entry to another U.S. HYROX event after a shift, priority access to tickets, an event shirt, and opportunities to be photographed. A charity option called Race for Impact runs via High Impact Athletes with minimum fundraising requirements and a discounted charity ticket; failure to meet the minimum may result in future charity ticket restrictions.
