Hyrox Glasgow

HYROX Glasgow (10–14 March 2027)

HYROX Glasgow takes place at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), Exhibition Way, Glasgow G3 8YW, over five days. The event features head-to-head race divisions: Open, Pro, Doubles, and Relay. The HYROX format at this event consists of eight runs and eight workout stations per race.

Athlete information and timing

• Individual start times will be linked about three days before an athlete’s race day; the provisional schedule is published earlier. Start time changes are not permitted.
• On-site registration for each division opens 90 minutes before the first start wave for that division.
• At athlete registration participants receive an athlete wristband, venue access wristband, ankle strap with timing chip, and bib number; all items are required to compete.
• A physical copy of ID is required for check-in; checking in on behalf of others is not allowed.

On-course and event services

• Aid stations are provided before, during, and after the course.
• Split timings and individual finisher times are recorded and posted on the event leaderboard.
• Age group award ceremonies are held after all athletes in each division have competed; certain age groups earn qualification slots for the World Championships.
• Spectator viewing includes the Thunderdome and an Entertainment Zone; professional photos are available via the event photography partner.

Photography, ticketing and changes

• The official photography partner uses facial recognition to locate race photos; athletes can upload a selfie to search images.
• Flex Add-On and Flex Lite options allow name changes up to one day before race day; the Flex Add-On includes partial refund windows (100% up to 31 days, 50% up to 7 days) while charity tickets generally do not offer refunds. Transfers to other events or division changes are not available.

Volunteers and charity

• Volunteer roles include judging stations, supporting water stations, bag drop and registration, spectator services, merchandise, information teams, and broader event operations.
• Charity entries and the Race for Impact programme are available; charity ticket conditions include fundraising commitments for selected impact areas. Macmillan Cancer Support is listed as a charity partner.
