HYROX Glasgow
HYROX returns to the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) for a competition held over five days from 11 March 2026 to 15 March 2026. This indoor fitness event features a variety of categories and is open to the local and international fitness community. Participants compete in a series of functional workouts and running segments within the venue.

The race structure involves multiple running laps. For the first seven runs, participants enter the workout area the third time they pass the "IN" marker. The final run concludes by entering the "WALL BALL IN" area on the third pass.
Participants receive a race package that includes an athlete wristband, timing chip, and bib number. After completing the course, finishers receive a patch and access to their individual split timings and results on a live leaderboard. Podium ceremonies for age groups take place after all athletes in a specific division have finished their heats. The event also offers qualification slots for the World Championships in certain age groups within the Pro divisions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
