Celebrate the season at the 3rd Annual HV Hawks 5K Reindeer Dash and Fun Run at Vern Allen Park in Washingtonville on Dec 13. Chip timed 5K plus a kids 100 yard dash, medals, raffles and hot drinks to benefit the Hawks 12u trip to Cooperstown.

Event overview

The 3rd Annual HV Hawks 5K Reindeer Dash and Fun Run takes place on December 13, 2025, in Washingtonville, NY, at Vern Allen Park (1 Ahern Blvd). The event is a chip-timed 5K Run/Walk that begins and ends at the village park. Proceeds will benefit the Hudson Valley Hawks 12u Orange Team for their trip to the Cooperstown Dreams Park Experience.

Medals will be awarded to race winners. Food and hot beverages will be available. Participants are encouraged to wear festive attire. Prizes will be awarded to all Fun Run participants.

Raffle prizes donated by Confluence Running include a Lake Placid getaway (3-day/2-night on Mirror Lake, valued at $1,200) and Confluence Running Club membership benefits (valued at $200).
