Hundred Hills 50km : event overview

The Hundred Hills 50km takes place on 14 March 2026 and starts and finishes at 850-year-old Stonor Park, Henley-on-Thames (RG9 6HF). The event is a 50 km trail ultra run made up of two different 25 km loops. The published entry fee is £78 (£80 for unaffiliated runners). Minimum age for entry is 20. The race is held under a UK Athletics permit through the TRA.

Course, support and rules

The route covers about 50 km with approximately 4000 ft (1200 m) of climb and is roughly 80% trail and 20% road. The course is fully marked and there are five aid stations with hot food at the finish included in the entry. Medical support is provided with a static first aid team at the finish and roving medics on course. Runners must finish within a 9 hour cut-off and there are additional intermediate cut-offs. Pacers and crews are not permitted. Mandatory kit is required and subject to checks; missing an item may incur a one-hour time penalty.
