Hundred Hills 50km
The Hundred Hills 50km is a trail ultra held on 14 March 2026 at Stonor Park, Stonor, Henley-on-Thames (RG9 6HF). The event covers 50 km (31 mi) over two different 25 km loops through the Chiltern countryside and starts and finishes at Stonor Park. The route includes about 4000 ft (1200 m) of climb and is roughly 80% trail and 20% road. The published overall cut-off for the race is 9 hours. Minimum age to enter is 20 or older. Entry fees are listed as £78 for affiliated runners and £80 for unaffiliated runners. Entries open 5 April 2025 and close 14 February 2026.
Course support, rules and facilities
The course is marked with Centurion ribbons and marker arrows. Five aid stations are provided on course; hot food and drink are available at the finish and are included in the entry fee. A medical team is available with a static first aid point at the finish and at least one roving team on course. Pacers and crew are not permitted. Mandatory kit must be carried at all times and includes a fully charged mobile phone, water capacity of at least 1 litre, a survival blanket (minimum 1.4 m x 2 m), a waterproof jacket with sealed seams (minimum 10000 mm), a whistle, and a long-sleeved dry emergency layer. A one-hour time penalty may be applied for missing mandatory items. Parking is at the start/finish; finish line bags can be deposited at registration for runners arriving without vehicles.
