Event overview

The Hundred Hills 50km is a 50 kilometre (31 mi) trail ultramarathon held on 14 March 2026. The route is based at Stonor Park, Stonor, Henley-On-Thames, and uses two different 25 km loops that start and finish at the park. The course gains approximately 4000 ft (about 1200 m) of elevation and is routed through Chiltern countryside, including villages and areas of ancient woodland. Terrain is listed as roughly 80% trail and 20% road. The overall time limit for the course is 9 hours.

Logistics and race services

The event is fully marked and supported with five aid stations distributed on course. Aid station supplies include gels, electrolyte drink, water, cola, snacks, fruit, sandwiches and hot food; hot food and drink are available at the finish and are included in the entry fee. Medical provision includes a static first aid team at the finish and roving medics on course; runners are advised on emergency procedures and to contact emergency services if required. Pacers and crew are not permitted. Mandatory kit must be carried at all times and includes a charged mobile phone, minimum 1 litre water capacity, survival blanket, waterproof jacket with sealed seams, whistle, and a long-sleeved base layer kept dry; missing mandatory items can incur a one hour time penalty. A GPX and KML of the route are available for download. Entry fees are shown as £78 (with an unaffiliated fee of £80 noted). Minimum entry age is 20.
