Event overview

The Hundred Hills 50km is a 50 km trail ultra held on 14 March 2026 at Stonor Park, Henley-on-Thames (RG9 6HF). The race consists of two different 25 km loops and has a total ascent of 4000 ft (about 1200 m). The minimum entry age is 20. The listed entry fee is £78 (£80 for unaffiliated runners). Entries open 5 April 2025 and close 14 February 2026. The event shows a 9 hour finish cut-off and a listed number of starters of 450.

Course, support and rules

The route is marked and is approximately 80% trail and 20% road. There are 5 aid stations with hot food at the finish included in the entry fee. Aid station supplies include gels, electrolyte drink, Tailwind, Gu gels, water, cola, snacks, fruit, sandwiches and vegan and gluten-free options. Medical support is provided with a static first aid team at the finish and at least one roving team on course. Mandatory kit must be carried and may be checked; required items include a fully charged mobile phone, water capacity of at least 1 litre, survival blanket, waterproof jacket, whistle and a long-sleeved top kept dry. Pacers and crews are not permitted. Finishers receive a medal; prizes are awarded for first to third male and female and for age-category winners. GPS files for the route are provided.
