HumpDay Races
HumpDay Races is a chip timed midweek race series held at Bank Street Car Park, Bank Street Brighouse. Events take place on Wednesday nights with dates listed as Wednesday 24th June, Wednesday 8th July and Wednesday 22nd July.
Participants choose between the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
The format is simple and focused on the run: quick in, quick out with a no-nonsense setup and an emphasis on flat-out effort. Organisers describe the series as a fast, simple, get-it-done race designed to break up the week.
Prizes are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers in each distance, subject to a minimum of 20 entries per distance. A two hour cutoff applies to both the 5K and the 10K.
